Kiwi, apple & strawberries, big ass glass of water! Felt fruity once I’d realised I hadn’t eaten anything lol I’ve only been awake about an hour though so not too drastic. Really need to work on my sleeping!

the internet has proved itself useless for finding tips on dying long thick hair…

Aw man, this just popped up in the sidebar on facebook! I miss my lovely little furball so much! It’s over a year since he died now, can’t believe how fast that has gone! Meow :)
I think 6am was a bit much for my body today. Especially because I didn’t get to sleep until about half 2!
The gig last night went really well! I posted a link to the band’s facebook page earlier so like, if you’re at all intrigued then go have a look maybe? :)
Counselling this morning was an absolute hoot! Last week I kind of cried for the entire thing haha but I guess I needed to just let it out! Today it started off a little bit sad talking about my mum and family at home but once we got on the subject of my dad and his new wife and my inheritance and everything it was just like having a massive bitch with a friend or something! Feeling very positive about things now.
The gym was wicked as well! *SHOCK HORROR* I dared to try out some of the weight machines. I did 3 x 20 Hip Abducters & Hip Adducters which was AWKWARD sat in the middle of the gym flashing my sweaty bits at everybody (obviously not actually flashing but I did feel very exposed haha!). And then I tried an arm one that gets your triceps and chest going. That one hurt a little! I also did 20min on the cross trainer experimenting with intervals and did 10min HIIT on the treadmill AND cooled down with a 2km bike ride :) I feel GOOOOOOOOOOD! Definitely going to do more strength training there now, I was too scared to use the machines before!

I’ve got counselling at uni. For all those that saw my post a couple of weeks ago where I pussied out of going, well I sorted my life out last week and went and it was really good and I got to cry and bitch for an hour and I feel so silly for not going earlier!
But yeah, got that from 9-10. Then I’m going to go to the gym. Come home, eat & snuggle. Dye hair, possibly (almost definitely) do some more exercise here. Work on my research proposal!
Gonna be a gooooood day! Got some fresh salmon to try for dinner too :)

I love ‘Oat & Honey’ flavoured type things but only this morning, after yonks of eating the stuff, did I think to try my morning fix with a spoon of honey.

I’m both disappointed and relieved that it didn’t go green. It’s actually purple with green speckles, not brown like it looks here lol. Think when I move out of here I may treat myself to proper blender so that I can get all the bits out. Hand blenders suck!
It’s… interesting. A lot better than I was expecting I must say! Just fancied trying out spinach in a smoothie :)
